This unique communal oriented outdoor space atop the 155 Queen Street commercial tower is nestled alongside the historic Regent theatre in Brisbane's City Centre.  This is an interactive space for businesses to engage or relax as part of Brisbane’s new business incubator.

An oculus, which provides natural light to lower levels, punctuates two interacting zones – a generous elevated deck with integrated amphitheatre and canopy structure that provides views over Queen Street Mall. ‘The Hub’ houses a slide-back BBQ ‘kitchen’ and proposed ping-pong table to encourage a more energetic interaction.

A strong geometric arrangement of seating walls and hard pavements is balanced by undulating gardens and informal shade trees framing a series of gathering spaces that capture new vantage point to the city skyline.
