Lakeside at Camden is one of the premier golf courses in the Sydney region. Commissioned by Sekisui House, and in collaboration with DC8, Lat27 prepared the landscape master plan and public realm design for stage one of a proposed new residential community in the northern corner of the golf course.

Designed to benchmark the new estate's quality, the golf course, public spaces and individual lots seamlessly integrate and together contribute an impressive visual outcome. 

In addition to a landscape mater plan, Lat27 prepared typical landscape layouts and typologies for each of the first 15 lots.
