The Redcliffe Botanic Gardens Master Plan establishes a clear roadmap for the Gardens over the next 10 years. Working collaboratively with Moreton Bay Regional Council, a well-targeted and highly inclusive stakeholder consultation process - engaging MBRC, Friends of the Botanic Gardens and garden staff - resulted in an achievable outcome with shared agreement on directions. The master plan provides strategic guidance that protects existing natural assets and plans key community infrastructure for staged implementation. An action plan that identified and prioritised future projects was developed as a final task of this process.
