Shoreline, Redland Bay

Shoreline is a vision for a new bayside village just south of Redland Bay structured around a new mixed use village centre and expansive open spaces. The jewel in Shoreline’s crown will be its stunning two kilometres of foreshore parkland and environmental open spaces which engage Moreton Bay to offer a truly unique subtropical lifestyle and recreation setting.

Conceived as an urban village to maximise self-containment, the planning and design of Shoreline employs a holistic approach to community building – carefully balancing urban growth, environmental, economic and community objectives. Shoreline’s 310 hectares will ultimately comprise over 3000 new dwellings and offer broad housing choices to suit a wide range of families, lifestyles and incomes.

The new community is well positioned to accommodate Redland City’s population growth and will positively contribute to greater housing affordability, increased public transport patronage and local employment targets.

The jewel in Shoreline’s crown will be its stunning two kilometres of foreshore parkland and environmental open spaces which engage Moreton Bay to offer a truly unique subtropical lifestyle and recreation setting.
