LatStudios worked in collaboration with Arklife and Rothelowman to provide landscape to a series of spaces from the lobby, lounge, gym and rooftop as well as cascading planting through a series of bespoke resident indoor/outdoor spaces including wine room, yoga studio and working from home facilities.
The feature is an external sky garden on Level 12 which provides a shady, quiet, plant filled space with long city views that gives the residents of Arklife Cordelia the opportunity to find calm and serenity from an elevated position, a unique space in Brisbane.
