We are seeking a talented & experienced Landscape Architect with 5 plus years to join our Brisbane team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating unique and impactful design outcomes, and the ability to foster client relationships with confidence and creativity. The candidate should also demonstrate proven experience in project management and delivery with the ability to work collaboratively within our team in a high performing design studio.

About You
As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will assist in managing projects and ensuring their successful delivery. In addition, you will play a key role in mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative studio environment. Your responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, coordinating with the studio team, and ensuring design briefs, project goals, and quality standards are met throughout all project stages. You will also work closely with studio management to support daily operations, contributing to a productive and dynamic workplace. With your expertise as a designer, you will be able to balance technical project requirements with high-quality and creative design solutions.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Relevant qualifications in Landscape Architecture
- Strong design communication skills with the ability to create high-quality project designs and graphics that are creative, efficient and effective.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
- Ability to work collaboratively within our team to assist in the successful management and delivery of projects and deadlines, balancing delivery of project needs and programming.
- Strong understanding of landscape technical design requirements and relevant construction standards.
- Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering design excellence across all project outcomes.
- Informed understanding of current trends and best practices in Landscape Architecture.
- Skilled in critically reviewing personal work to ensure outstanding results.
- Strong critical thinking, innovation, and sensitivity to community and environmental contexts.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to tailor outputs to meet the unique needs of different projects and clients.
- Passion for contributing to the advancement of Landscape Architecture and Urban Design professions.
