About You

You’ll have a background in the built environment and:

  • A strong foundation in urban and architecture design principles.
  • Excellent graphic design and visual communication skills.
  • A passion for crafting spaces that are sustainable, engaging, and culturally relevant.
  • A collaborative approach to working within a dynamic team.

The Role

We are seeking an Urban Designer / Architect with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience:

  • Support design, documentation, and delivery of public realm architecture and urban design projects.
  • Contribute to concept design, detailed documentation, and construction delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and the broader team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Apply critical thinking, innovation, and care in responding to community and environmental contexts.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop high quality project designs and graphics that are both efficiently produced and effective.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino.
  • Understanding of technical architecture design requirements and construction standards and/or Urban Design theory and practice
  • Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication abilities.
  • A commitment to achieving design excellence across project outcomes.
  • Strong graphic communication and design skills
