We were asked by The City of Ballarat to create and drive a Master Plan on a new Residential, Health and Knowledge Precinct. As one of Australia’s largest regional cities, the precinct is opportunely placed to lead wellness innovation and support the continuation of a high quality of living against growing urban pressures. Our Master Plan protects the highly valued heritage and landscape features, integrating the precinct with its immediate surrounds in a way that invites use and stimulates liveability.

Harnessing the ideas of the community and stakeholders, we created implementable action plans, highlighting development potentials for the short, medium and long term. Our Master Plan is carefully underpinned by environmentally sustainable design principles and a considered vision to preserve Ballarat’s character.
