LatStudios in conjunction with developer JGL Properties and architect Arkhefield delivered creative and uniquely site responsive design outcomes to maximise the visual and physical benefits of direct proximity to the Kedron Brook.

A range of townhome product was created to address the needs of a diverse demographic, from families to couples of all ages, seeking a high quality living experience. The townhomes enjoy direct access to the Kedron Brook recreational pathway system which encourages outdoor living and active transport opportunities. The townhomes facing the brook enjoy constant breezes and a garden courtyard that visually extends down the vegetated bank to the creek and linear parkland.
