Project Details
Working collaboratively with STH Architects and the client we developed a master plan that blended health care with a diverse and sustainable new community neighbourhood, to create a new place of civic importance and new, integrated model for a health precinct. The built environment was designed to optimise physical and mental well-being through access to natural light, fresh air and views, capitalising on Wantirna's unique topography and dramatic landscape.

The Wantirna Health Precinct is a 9.5 hectare site located in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs. This project was a collaboration of urban design, clinical planning and healthcare expertise looking to drive innovation for the precinct.

Creating clear and aspirational urban design guidelines as the drivers behind the master plan, we were able to assess master plan iterations against their ability to achieve the project goals, providing clarity and transparency for the client and stakeholders.
