We were asked by The City of Monash to prepare an Urban Design Framework for the Huntingdale Activity Centre. Our framework guides significant change for robust land use and a transformed built form to support a dynamic urban village into the future. Hinged on three key levers for successful urban renewal in Huntingdale: Economic Mix, Place, and Access we explore how the Precinct can harness its potential to attract catalyst tenants and diverse community uses, a walkable, vibrant streetscape and public realm, as well as the innovative re-use of existing built form for high-quality, mixed-use outcomes across the town centre.
