We delivered Community Precinct Master Plans for two different sites in Wyndham City Council’s northern growth area; Tarneit North and Truganina. We worked in collaboration with Council officers, SJB Architects, Biosis, Insight Leisure Planning and Rider Levett Bucknall to create resilient strategies for the growing, diverse areas. Our research revealed 6 key tenets for advice: integration, equitability, flexibility, identity, quality and sustainability in order to maximise mixed-use opportunities and create a welcoming, accessible environment that prioritises pedestrians and a ‘sense of place’.

The Master Plans were also designed to heighten integration with surrounding infrastructure and uses, particularly the adjacent schools, in order to serve the new surrounding communities now and into the future.
