They bring extensive experience from their time at Arup, where they worked in the Planning and Design team on strategic transport and placemaking projects. Em’s expertise spans urbanism, landscape, and architecture, with a focus on delivering public realm and master planning outcomes through collaborative, research-led design.

Approaching urban challenges from an architectural perspective, Em applies a strong human-scale focus to their work, enhancing insight into how design translates to the ground level. Their portfolio includes projects across a range of scales - from user experience to precinct-level urban design, landscape architecture, and masterplanning.

Em is highly proficient in 3D modelling, spatial analysis, and visualisation, as well as in producing maps, infographics, layouts, and the development and editing of graphical documents. Their broad graphic skillset supports all stages of the design process and strengthens LatStudios’ integrated, context-sensitive approach to creating inclusive and
sustainable environments.

With experience in both professional consulting and customer-facing roles, Em brings strong interpersonal and communication skills to every project.They are passionate about architectural and urban research, writing, and discourse, continually contributing to best-practice thinking in design.
