Ruwa has extensive experience across different project types - public space design to strategic at various scales including streetscape improvements, urban development, urban design review to analytical modelling for District Plan variations. Her passion is driven by a strong commitment to human centred, inclusive and accessible design solutions; ensuring projects address the cultural, environmental and social needs of the subject context.
She brings experience in 3D modelling, analytical thinking and visualisations, her skillset enables her to help inform and effectively communicate all stages of the design process. With community engagement and face to face consultation experience, Ruwa is a highly effective communicator.
Alongside her professional practice, Ruwa is always looking for opportunities to be active within the design community, whether it be volunteering as a mentor for co-design and creative workshops or attending Urban Design forums.
