The 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games has come and gone with great success and the Athlete's Village was a big hit with the visiting athletes, coaches and media. The success of the Parklands Project is also reflected in the 11 awards the project has received from multiple industry bodies over the last year and a half.
Now the games are over, Lat27 are assisting Economic Development Queensland with the development of future lots, including temporary activation and master plan refinement.

Construction is complete, the dust has settled and residents & guests have moved into some of our most recently completed residential and hotel projects around Brisbane. Hamilton Reach is booming and the latest addition, Riverlight is a luxurious & spacious riverside lifestyle and only a relaxing CityCat trip away from the city. Newstead Series is right in the thick of it without sacrificing the relaxing open space that inner city residents desire. The Calile Hotel, a luxurious sub-tropical paradise in the middle of the evolving James Street precinct, proving that great design means you don't have to leave the city to escape it.
