We recently collaborated with RMA Engineers, Redleaf Environmental and Toowoomba Regional Council to prepare a concept master plan for the Glenvale Linear Parkland, a 50 hectare tract of creek related linear green space. The vision for this demonstration project was to deliver a best practice exemplar of multi-functional linear parkland and establish benchmarks for open space design within residential development. The goal was the provision and efficient delivery of high quality parkland with integrated stormwater infrastructure that comprehensively addresses waterway health, flood mitigation, environmental rehabilitation and future community needs in terms of open space amenity and connectivity.
