The Lat27 Landscape Planning team is proud to share our successful tender for two components of the Toowoomba Region Futures Project.⁠

We are excited to be working with our valued consultant teams for these two components:⁠

• Regional Landscape and Urban Character Study:⁠ TRACE Visual Planning + Design, Extent Heritage, PSA Consulting & The Comms Team⁠
• Regional Scenic Amenity Study:⁠ TRACE Visual Planning + Design, PSA Consulting & The Comms Team⁠

The Toowoomba Region Futures Project is the first stage of four to prepare the framework for the new planning scheme for Toowoomba Regional Council. These two components are part of nine released to tender.⁠

Two of our consultants – Extent Heritage & PSA Consulting – have also secured three other components in separate bids and we congratulate them for their success.⁠

We’re very excited to be a part of this significant body of work for Toowoomba and look forward to working with Toowoomba Regional Council over both these projects.⁠
