We're happy to introduce the following new staff who have joined the LatStudios team: Ava de Rijke, Urban Designer, Haiku van Keuk, Associate Landscape Architect, and Parisa Ziaesaeidi, Graduate of Architecture. Welcome!

Ava de Rijke joins our Melbourne studio as an Urban Designer. Ava recently graduated from a Master of Urban Design at the highly-regarded Bartlett in London. She is interested in continuing to pursue her knowledge of the field through research-led design, so that the subjective experience of places can be better understood through empirical testing.

Haiku Van Keuk joins our Melbourne Studio as a Landscape Architect. She is a landscape architect and urban farmer with a passion for the health and vitality of communities and the landscapes and ecosystems they inhabit. In the past 10 years Haiku has practiced across multiple areas of landscape architecture and also is a sessional tutor at the University of Melbourne.

Parisa Ziaesaeidi joins our Brisbane studio as a Graduate of Architecture. Parisa is in her final stages of her PhD at Queensland University of Technology with a landscape design focus, researching park design-element preferences amongst youth in South East Queensland. Her research and writing has been widely published with a focus on how architecture and urban design impacts social outcomes.
